The Marshall Mob sold pink t-shirts from Oct. 1 to Oct. 5 in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Sophomore Isabel Church said the pink shirts are a good way to unite the Marshall community.
“I feel like [Marshall] has come together as a community to support breast cancer,” Church said. “It’s really nice to see everybody wearing their pink shirts, and I [can] feel the school spirit.”
History teacher Patricia Coppolino is a survivor of breast cancer. She said the Mob is on the right path to raising awareness for the cause.
“It is always a good thing to raise awareness for breast cancer,” Coppolino said. “A lot of my students were wearing the [Mob] t-shirts or something pink on Friday.”
The Marshall Mob donated part of the profits from the sale to Life With Cancer and the Class of 2019 for All Night Grad.
